Customer Portal

All Geekwright customers get access to our Customer Portal. With our portal, you can ask questions or report problems on your schedule, when you are thinking about it. The portal is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When you enter a ticket through the portal, we will respond within one business day.

Fast Response and On Call Services

If you need quicker response, we also offer fast response time options as well as 24x7 on call pager service. With these options, a flat monthly fee and a per incident pricing agreement can provide the critical support you need as fast as you need.
